The Connector Ability is an adaptive capacity test. During the test, the difficulty level is automatically adjusted to the participant's level. The test is based on comprehension rather than speed of understanding, which reduces stress (perception) among candidates. Each participant is presented with a personal set of questions. The test can be supplemented with insight into the participant's verbal cognitive ability, the ease with which someone will handle concepts in oral or written communication. Participants can take the online test at any time and any location, including at home.

The Connector Ability is easy and quick to order via our Talent Intelligence Platform. If you have already requested the assessment, the dashboard provides insight into the progress.
