Based on twelve motivations, Reflector Drives maps out the personal motivation hierarchy of a participant. It also provides insight into the extent to which the participant's personal motivations stand out compared to a norm group. Participants can take the test at any time and any location, including at home.
Reflector Drives can be easily ordered via our Talent Intelligence Platform. If you have already requested the assessment, the dashboard provides insight into the progress. The report with the participant's results is available immediately after completing the assessment (and with the participant's approval).
